In 2021, we were responsible for completing the remodelling process of what would come to be considered a sustainability case study in the country – the MB4 Office Building. We were also the first company in Portugal with professionals accredited as BREEAM AP and WELL AP. In 2023, we led the way in what was one of the biggest property deals of the year: the acquisition of Predibisa, a proven leader in residential and commercial property brokerage services, present in the Porto market for over 30 years.
