Infante & Riu – Portugal Real Estate is a real estate agency based in Chiado, operating in the residential market in the prime areas of Greater Lisbon since 2014. We primarily market new developments, whether under construction or already completed, whilst being able to assist both national and international Buyers. We represent over 160 developments and have a portfolio of more than 1,100 properties. We have a sister company, Infante & Riu – Portugal Investments Broker, Lda, dedicated to promoting real estate deals with investors, both private and institutional, where we represent the sale of residential buildings for refurbishment, land for the development of new projects, as well as the placement of hotels, resorts, office buildings and commercial spaces. We also specialise in structuring co-investment operations for real estate projects. We have an in-house multidisciplinary team (marketing managers, financial analysts and business managers) and associated real estate Advisors, with extensive experience in the real estate sector and speaking the following languages: Portuguese, French, English, Spanish and Russian.
