Information regarding the possibility of construction issued by the Municipality of São Brás de Alportel: "According to the land classifications established by the Municipal Master Plan (PDM) of São Brás de Alportel, as amended by adaptation and published in the Official Gazette (Diário da República), Series II, on 27 December 2007, and subsequently corrected and rectified under Notice No. 10012/09 published in the Official Gazette, Series II, on 22 May 2009, and according to the location indicated by the applicant, it is verified that the property is located within: • Public water abstraction protection zone (outer protection area); • Restricted Agricultural Area to the north; • National Agricultural Reserve (RAN) to the north; • Expansion Urban Development Area – Category II to the south; • Excluded from the Wildfire Hazard Map to the south, while to the north it falls within the Very Low Wildfire Hazard classification (PMDFCI); The property in question is subject to Articles 14, 16 (Protection of Public Water Abstractions), 31, 32, 33 and 35 (Restricted Agricultural Area), 48, 49, 50 and 51 (Expansion Urban Development Areas) of the PDM Regulations; to the provisions of Decree-Law No. 73/09 of 31 March, as amended by Decree-Law No. 199/2015 of 16 September (National Agricultural Reserve); as well as to the Municipal Forest Fire Defence Plan 2017–2021 (PMDFCI), in its revision pursuant to Article 5(1) of Order No. 443-A/2018 of 9 January, concerning the entry into force of the Priority Prevention and Safety Areas (APPS) (Articles 60 and 61 of the aforementioned Decree-Law), without prejudice to any other applicable regulations and legislation." ;ID RE/MAX: 123561012-545
