The rules of building capacity set out in Section VII of Chapter III of Title IV of this Regulation shall be applied to the compatible uses referred to in the previous paragraph, in conjunction with the legislation in force, specific to the exercise of each activity. 3. The existing Tourist Establishments shall not be harmed by the existence of unhealthy, noisy or otherwise disturbing conditions that may exist in their surroundings.
