Given the other conditions and limitations contained in articles 49°, 53°, 54° and 55° of the Regulation of the Municipal Master Plan of Lisbon, the possibility of building a five-storey housing building, a front of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters, with the remainder of the lot as a backyard, is considered. This perspective of building is in accordance with the indication inserted in article 54 of the Regulation of the PDM, in the letter c) of its point 2), of the maximum IUB (Gross Utilization Index) being 2sqm/sqm that would give for the total 2,000meters of the land a housing occupation of ± 4,000sqm.
