Also, for the chapels and for the vast array of alminhas and two sundials. It has Venade four chapels. St. Anthony's Chapel; Lady of the Way; Lady of Loreto and Lord of Socorro. Only that of Santo Antão is public, probably built in the thirteenth or fourteenth centuries. Venade is also much sought after, both for the architectural heritage surrounding the churchyard where the bandstand, the Parish Church and the Parish Council are, as well as for the beautiful panoramas observed from the Fojo Viewpoint, and other high points of this land.
