The power is enough for all the normal domestic appliances in the houses and the barn and for the water pressure pump. The water comes from a drilled bore hole 150m2 deep with an independent solar pump with 4 panels and keeps automatically full a 5.000-liter deposit controlled with a chloride doser for domestic purposes and an Osmose Filter System for drinking water. For hot water there is a solar panel with a 200litre deposit, backed up by a gas heater. THE LAND The property, is situated in the country side and is crossed by a water line in the winter and is surrounded by amazing landscapes and has the view of the secular Castle Monsaraz. It is completely fenced with 2 gates, one automatic for the main house and another near the Barn for the agriculture machines.
