The result is an approach that safeguards the memory, authenticity and industrial identity of the former paper mill, while reinterpreting it as a distinctive contemporary tourism destination. The estate extends over more than 4.5 hectares, spanning both banks of the River Nabão, and benefits from direct pedestrian access to Sobreirinho river beach.
