The proposal includes a functional and contemporary organization, composed of: Living and dining room with approximately 35.00m²; Kitchen with about 11.50m²; Suite with approximately 16.10m²; Two bedrooms with their own décor and identity; Communal bathroom; Circulations and storage areas; Outdoor space of about 21.70m²; Wooden pergola with vines; Outdoor dining and seating area; Outdoor flooring inspired by the Portuguese pavement; Generous glazed wicket doors between the living room, the kitchen and the pergola. The reorganization studied allows to increase the useful functional area to approximately 94.10m², valuing natural light, the relationship between spaces and the use of each compartment.
