Today, we are seeking a new generation of entrepreneurs to continue, develop, and expand an authentic gastronomic project built on a consolidated reputation, in-house artisanal production, and strong international potential. This is not simply the sale of a restaurant, but of an already established Italian brand with a scalable operational model, expertise in in-house production, and immediate development opportunities through franchising and licensing. Our current in-house production capacity for fresh pasta and artisanal pizza is already sufficient to supply a network of 10 to 12 additional restaurants of the same size. Our menus, with gluten-free and lactose-free options, include not only fresh pasta and pizzas, but also other specialties, from a variety of appetizers to main courses, desserts, and everything based on traditional Italian cuisine.
