A gated development? No. This is a place where neighbours cross paths and life happens outdoors. You may be wondering whether the apartment has original finishes. It does. But it has been exceptionally well cared for, and the finishes have a timeless quality that still feels right today. There’s no need to change things just for the sake of it. The building is also due to be repainted, and the asking price has been set with that in mind. One more thing I’d rather tell you now: there’s no lift. After all, I’m the Sun — I’m not the sort of property listing that saves surprises for the viewing. 😉 This is a home for someone who values a thoughtful layout, natural light throughout the day, outdoor space and the closeness to the sea that makes Ericeira so special.
