Water, electricity and maintenance of the apartment during the rental period are not paid. 3rd Option: Those who do not wish to hand over the property for full or temporary use. Those who wish not to hand over the property at all will have to install or ask the hotel to do so for €500, the electricity, hot and cold water meters, only paying for consumption. There is a €100/month fee for not handing over the property for use and €42/month for condominium fees and reserve funds.
