Land in Santo Antão e São Julião do Tojal, Loures

Land inserted in an area in the process of AUGI along with the Malhapão neighborhood. The land is located in undivided grandparents, however, there are already houses built and some in the finishing phase. There are possibilities to build a semi-detached house, but without being granted a license for use by CM. The Residents´ Association holds the quotas up to date and follows the legalization process with the Loures City Council. This plot is an 8-minute drive from the center of Loures.
