One-bedroom duplex apartment, located on the 2nd floor with attic conversion, in a building with only 3 units (2 residential and 1 commercial on the ground floor), comprising: - Living room - Storage room (or children's room, small space) - Bedroom - Bathroom - Semi-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and stove, extractor hood and boiler - Dining room. General Rental Conditions: - Lease agreement for a duration of 1 year, automatically renewable for equal periods, if agreed upon by both parties. - Upon signing the Lease Agreement, payment of 2 months' rent in advance + 1 month's rent as a deposit. - Existing equipment and furniture remain in the apartment. - After moving into the apartment, tenants will have a few days to change the ownership of the electricity and water contracts to their names, and will be responsible for contracting and subsequently installing future TV+Internet contracts (currently non-existent in the apartment). Supporting Documents (mandatory for all prospective tenants, and for the guarantor if applicable): - Copy of Identification Document (front and back). - Copy of Employment Contract, or Employer's Statement (mentioning Employment Relationship, Start Date and Due Date). - Copies of the last 3 payslips. - Copy of the IRS tax return and corresponding settlement note.
